Piano Learning Aids

This needs a lot of work, to rearrange or create the structure properly, someone with some piano pedagogy skills needs to get stuck in, no need to reinvent the wheel just some guidance and links

If we can find a few online courses, add links, and give a very brief description that would be helpful. It would make it clearer that some theory is needed, save people doing their own research into which courses are best.

Things in the Resources Manual should be directly applicable to Synthesia rather than just piano or music in general, although a piano course can be general in nature.

If in doubt just post it, let the collective editors do their work. and PLEASE don't be offended to if you're edited mercilessly.
