So, I am on a Samsung Galaxy tablet, and the synth is absolute horror to hear. DLS is possible, but what about a DLS creator that you can make real sounding instruments with and installs the DLS inside Synthesia?
The keyboard is far too sensitive, and some options like to reduce output buffer, increase/decrease keyboard sensitivity, and to also make it lag free, for playing large midis and also make the app far more stable, so far fewer crashes occur.
An update should come around pretty soon. Please fix the bug that makes it terminate when midi synthesiser is turned off, and missing colours on keyboard when a song has large notes. A nice array of ingame tweaking options like above would be good, as well as making it suitable for disabled people etc Dyspraxia autism many others like epilepsy.

There are a handful of these available, like Awave Studio. Creating DLS files is WAYYY outside the scope of Synthesia.Zac wrote:... but what about a DLS creator that you can make real sounding instruments...

More seriously, latency is still a huge problem on Android at the hardware level. There is very little we can do to uniformly improve the situation across all Android devices.
100k+ note MIDIs are only supported by the Synthesia Video Creator (on the desktop).Zac wrote:... for playing large midis and also make the app far more stable, so far fewer crashes occur.
I'm coincidentally about to investigate this bug for an update that is coming very soon.Zac wrote:An update should come around pretty soon. Please fix the bug that makes it terminate when midi synthesizer is turned off...
