I recently bought Synthesia because I wanted to make tutorial videos for my piano students.

I've had a look through youtube and the video that pops up for me is 4 years old and I'm not sure if it's still relevant. It talks about having Synthesia, Synthesia video maker, Ableton and Final cut. The tools I have are Synthesia, Logic Pro and Final Cut X.

Are there any up to date videos on how to make the tutorial videos or any advice on how to do it please?

I suspect the four year old video is probably still recent enough to be useful. The Synthesia Video Creator hasn't been updated since 2014 (it's on the list to integrate with Synthesia itself, but there's still a ways to go yet), so that part will be identical.

The rest of a video like that would be app-specific, but it should just be a matter of finding the analogous feature in your editors vs. the ones shown in the video.

Was there a particular step you were stuck on?
