Can anyone confirm if the Celviano AL-150R works with Synthesia on an iPad? I have the converter to convert the data from the iPad to MIDI, and the Celviano has MIDI in and out. I just don't know if that automatically means that it will work.

Looking at a used one for sale and it's really nice. Just don't want it if it doesn't work with Synthesia.
Thanks!

If you connect via MIDI it is merely a question of whether your MIDI adapter works with iPad.

The connection issue with the iPad is a USB connection, keyboard or MIDI adapter, that requires a specific driver because you can't install a driver on the iPad.

Of course! That makes perfect sense. I've established that my iPad MIDI converter works because I'm using it with my Casio Privia PX-320. It's an iRig MIDI.

So, what i SHOULD have asked is if anyone has tried the iRig MIDI with the Celviano AL-150R, huh? It helps to ask the right questions if I want the right answers.

Thanks, Jim!

In case you don't get a specific answer, MIDI is MIDI. MIDI is old and reliable. It is at least 99% certain that the iRig MIDI to the Celviano AL-150R MIDI will be fine.
