How can I score in Synthesia a change of klef (from violin to bass or viceversa) in the same hand?

If you mean in Synthesia's sheet music display, displaying a change of clef won't be possible until Synthesia 11. When that becomes available (no date announced), you can prepare the music as a MusicXML file and control how the sheet music looks.
