When I copy my Synthesia profile (user data) from one device to another, what happens with data for songs I imported (hand split, fingerings, etc)? Will the new installation expect them to be at exactly the same path, or will it find them by name or hash? If I run Synthesia and it doesn't find the songs, will it wipe out their data?

The only feature that uses exact file paths is the Recently Played list on the title screen.

Otherwise, everything else is kept by hash and is never expunged. So, just copying the appdata\Synthesia folder over to a new machine is all it should take.

So what I need to do is:
1. Copy the Synthesia appdata folder.
2. Copy all .mid and .synthesia files from the folder registered with Synthesia on the old machine to some folder on the new machine.
3. Add that folder to searched locations in Synthesia.

And everything will be like it was before?
