Little nit, but would be nice. My mouse has the forward/back buttons on the side by my thumb. They do just what you would expect in a web browser, Windows Explorer and various apps. I find myself clicking the back button all the time out of habit, expecting it to do the same thing as if I clicked on whatever is in the upper left corner on a screen - Back or Songs or Synthesia or whatever - basically meaning previous screen.
In developer-ese, it's just checking e.Button for VK_XBUTTON1 (I think; it might be 2) on a mouse down or at least it is in C#. Something similar in a WndProc message,

That was quick! Works great! Well, except that if I get click happy and click one extra time it exits the application.
