Hey everyone, I would like to request following features in the upcoming updates:
- Custom key mapping of my PC keyboard to particular tone (within an octave)
- CapsLock on/off (or other buttons like Shift, Ctrl, etc) to sustain/release playing tones
- Arrow keys to change octave up or down.

Would be great if you also include an option to change the standard pitch of A4.

I have created something similar in my own open source synth:

  • You can do a custom key mapping using this method.
  • Sustain on/off with caps lock (or anything else) is an interesting idea. You could probably get there with a combination of AutoHotKey and/or MIDI-OX.
  • Bind the "Shift Input Octave Up/Down" shortcuts (x and z by default) to your arrow keys.
For the standard pitch change, that's more of a built-in MIDI standard thing. You should be able to send MIDI tuning standard messages to (maybe?) achieve the desired result.
