stop song preview in song select screen

would it be possible to add a feature that allows you to stop the preview of the song you are selecting in the song selection screen? because with the new song selection screen (in synthesia 0.7.5) right when you scrol to a new page it starts playing the song,... i find it kindove annoying (i dont mean to be rude or anything) =]

Yeah, I noticed that too. It is a little annoying...

I'm thinking about making it detect the difference between an updated selection from paging (or even using the arrow keys) vs. a click. A click is a more specific type of feedback that feels more reasonable to kick off the preview. The other actions should make it start.

You can turn off the automatic playing by clearing the Auto-preview selection box.

I just use the keys (Up and Down) and like the preview.
But I don't need it to preview when I change pages with the scroll or buttons.
