The song you are playing is in the key of Eb major or C minor. These keys have 3 flats--Bb, Eb, and Ab. The note names are being displayed for the notes that are in the key. Notes that would require an accidental do not have their note name displayed. But, if I recall correctly, this change was removed in the latest version. So try updating.
