The loading circle should have a progress in percentage below the circle otherwise we cannot tell how much time we have to wait for the song to finish loading. (Example, a very big song, with 200 notes)

Does your loading screen ever last more than a second? Unless the song contains millions of notes (and even then, it's only a few seconds), there shouldn't be very much time spent on that screen at all.
