Keystrokes doesn't register

Trouble with Synthesia, your keyboard, or adapter? Think you found a bug?
When describing problems, always mention your OS and game version (shown at the bottom of the title screen).
  • If your keyboard has USB or MIDI ports, there is a tremendously high chance (>99%) it will work with Synthesia. See what you'll need on the keyboards page.

Hey,

Today I installed the software to use with a keyboard. After a while the software no longer registers the keystrokes and I have to restart the keyboard.

I tried this on both Windows 10 and Mac. It's connected with a usb cabble.

What could be the cause of this?

How strange. Which model keyboard are you using? (By "connected with a USB cable" you mean that there isn't a MIDI-to-USB adapter involved?)

I'm having the same issue with M-Audio Hammer 88. USB cable only.

I use a medili m12. Yes, that is what i mean.

I am so sorry for the several-months delay!

Although, curiously, in those three months, I don't think I've heard this same bug report. Was this with the normal, current Synthesia 10.6 version?
