Hello,
When I'm inside of Synthesia, I see all note labels (e.g. C, D, F#, Ab etc.)
When I use the Video Creator to create a Synthesia video, all settings get taken from Synthesia.
However, the black note labels are missing!
I remember that I had this issue inside of Synthesia itself, but inside of the Gameplay options I changed it Show All Notes.
It works, but it seems that the Video Creator does not read that option.
It shows C, D, E but not F#, Ab etc.
Since I'm still beginner, for me it's important to have note labels.
Otherwise it's like playing Tetris - too difficult to play the right notes (for me).
How to fix this???
Thanks for any help and best regards

When describing problems, always mention your OS and game version (shown at the bottom of the title screen).
If your keyboard has USB or MIDI ports, there is a tremendously high chance (>99%) it will work with Synthesia. See what you'll need on the keyboards page.

This is an unfortunate situation where the default for the Gameplay --> Note Labels option changed between Synthesia 10.4 and 10.5. In 10.4 it was to only show labels for notes matching the song's key. In 10.5 I switched it (back) to "All Notes".
This is a technical detail, but when a setting matches the default, Synthesia doesn't write it to the settings file. So what's happening is your newer version of Synthesia sees "All Notes" and doesn't write it to the file. Then the older version of the video creator doesn't see anything in the settings file, so it assumes "Use Song's Key".
The workaround is to change the setting in Synthesia 10.4 instead of using a newer version. Sorry for the inconvenience! This wouldn't exist if we had a newer version of the video creator. But we don't at the moment.
