Lag between pressing a key and Synthesia reaction

Trouble with Synthesia, your keyboard, or adapter? Think you found a bug?
When describing problems, always mention your OS and game version (shown at the bottom of the title screen).

One of the users of my program, Miditzer, discovered that their Casio keyboard sent MIDI messages more quickly when they selected a non-velocity sensitive instrument like drawbar organ rather than a velocity sensitive instrument like piano. Worth looking at if you experience a lag between pressing a key a getting a reaction from Synthesia.
