I paid for the Full Synthesia on my iPad. I've tried to connect it to my iPad, sometimes it connects sometimes it doesn't and I have tried different cables too, same problem.
Now I am trying to connect via my Mac Book and it connects fine. But I am told I need to purchase a license. I just purchased a full license!?
Can someone help me with this. I need use the license on the Mac Book too.

When describing problems, always mention your OS and game version (shown at the bottom of the title screen).

Apple's rules make the iPad unlock separate from all our other platforms (PC/Mac/Android) unfortunately. Details here.
If we could, it would be a single unlock. It would make things a lot easier for us and all our users. Sorry! (You can contact Apple for a refund on the iPad in-app purchase, and then buy the PC/Mac/Android version from our site. It's not especially convenient, but it's a workaround.)
