Clean fingers from program

Trouble with Synthesia, your keyboard, or adapter? Think you found a bug?
When describing problems, always mention your OS and game version (shown at the bottom of the title screen).

If your keyboard has USB or MIDI ports, there is a tremendously high chance (>99%) it will work with Synthesia. See what you'll need on the keyboards page.

Help me, please.
How can I delete all fingers from one song?
Because I want to use fingers for that song from metafile, but fingers from program have more priority, and I can't change one to another.

And how can I clean all fingers from all songs? Which file from folder I must change for new? Or something else I can do?
Thanks.

Resetting custom fingers for a single song would be a little tricky. You'd have to hand-edit a particular data file in a way that required a bit of cross-referencing.

To reset all custom fingers for all songs (on the desktop version of Synthesia) is easy: simply delete a single file.

Here's how to do the latter:
  1. Hold your Shift key while launching Synthesia to open the configuration window.
  2. Click the "Open Data Folder" button.
  3. Delete or rename the "fingers.xml" file.

Thank you. Success!
I didn't know that XML files placed in another folder. (users\myFolder\AppData\Roaming\Synthesia)

It's clear how to delete finger for all songs, and for one song.
Thank you very much.
