Sustain pedal

Hello,
I have a sustain pedal on my keyboard. However when I record with synthesia, it doesn’t matter if I push on this pedal or not. How can I do to sent the message in synthesia « I push on the pedal, make the note last longer »?

Including the pedal with your recording is coming in the Synthesia 10.9 update. It's only 14 lines down on the task list and the next 10.9 development preview is only 16 lines down. So it shouldn't be a very long wait.

Hello. Did this ever get implemented? I am trying to use a sustain pedal in free play and it doesn't seem to be registering. Thanks.

I just double-checked and the feature made it into the code on Jul-6-2022. The recording should catch just about everything now from pitch bend to after touch to MIDI controller messages like the pedals.

Here was the dev update post for that one. It is the 2nd bullet point down.

That said, I suppose there could be a bug someplace. How are you listening to the song that the pedal doesn't seem to be there? Do you have your Settings --> Advanced --> Pedal Messages option enabled?
