I'm afraid I'm not quite sure what you're asking.

Those green lines you highlighted are the measure lines that options switch turns on/off.

that's the thing, I had it enabled and they weren't show. only removed it from the green bar up top I believe.

however this gave me the idea of dividing even further to help read the times? idk how much work that would entail
