bought unlock key on the website, cannot unlock the android app

hi all,

i need your help please!
i bought the unlock key on the website but cannot unlock the android app.

app version 10.8.5681

going to "unlock synthesia", tried entering both the long offline unlock key and the short one - nothing works.
the app for mac works great with the offline key.

can someone please help?

When "nothing works", what does that look like? Is there an error message? (What does it say?) Does the app crash or something similar? Are you entering the unlock key with the correct upper/lowercase letters on the Android device?
