Melody practice for imported songs

Unless i've missed anything it does not seem to be possible to use melody practice for imported MIDI songs, i just dont have that option. The site feature list seems a bit misleading because it does not mention that only the included songs have that feature. If you could include that then it would make this the ultimate piano learning tool, at least for me.
What do you see in place of where the melody practice buttons usually are?
